When I first spoke to Spojmie over the phone regarding my wife’s immigration case, I could sense from her manner of speaking that she was very knowledgeable, professional, and confident. My wife had her second interview at USCIS, and we had no idea what it meant and how to prepare for the interview. Spojmie took our case and prepared us very well. Throughout the process, she maintained and carried herself very professionally. She was very clear that if my marriage to my wife was a fraud that she would not take our case. Once she confirmed and made sure that my marriage to my wife was legitimate, she did all she could, within her knowledge of migration law, to prepare us for the interview. One week before my interview with USCIS, my husband hired Spojmie Nasiri, an excellent immigration service lawyer. Mrs. Nasiri took over our case, and with her profound knowledge of immigration law and service, she prepared us very well for the interview in a timely fashion. The case itself was not easy, and my husband I were ready for the worst. Mrs. Nasiri was extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our question. Mrs. Nasiri is very intelligent; you should be honest with her at all times, and she will only advice to on what is best for you. After the interview, that evening, I got a message from USCIS that my case was approved and within two weeks, I received my green card.

found this attorney through avvo. not sure how she handles our case but gave her a shot. needless to say i was on an edge of losing my husband, but she used her skillful thinking and experience to save my husband deportation. she also help us with our status change(married to a citizen). now my family is complete with my new born son and my beloved husband in 6 months. he cried when he saw his green card in the mail cannot believe how much time and money he wasted and could not compete how good this attorney was. his words were it was worth it for all those time and money wasted so he can get this terrific attorney. we had our asylum case cancelled, status changed, and received the green card within 6 months. it took my husband about 3 years and can not settle with anything except a deportation notice. time is money, and this attorney doesnt waste time, hence she in fact saved our money. she is very reachable. if i had any question, i simply send her a text and she replies me back the same day after her busy schedule. she literally called us everytime when uscis sends any correspondence. very responsible. very understanding and patient. a super work ethics. her service and expertise worth more than what we paid for. you are wasting time if you are not calling this attorney to review your case, my dad took 10 years with another attorney, my husband took 6 months with attorney spojmie.you will find her service and knowledge exceptionally super.

I contacted Mrs. Nasiri after calling a few other lawyers to get adjustment for my finance’s status to stay in US. I was told by other lawyers that they could not help us with our request. But Mrs. Nasiri took our case, and she was able to get a permanent residency adjustment for my finance in less than 5 months! She is very honest, organized, and responsive. She is very reasonable with her fees, and she clearly communicates her fees up front before taking the case.
