Spojmie worked on the immigration case for my parents and to be honest I am personally glad I chose her from amongst a plethora of immigration attorneys in the bay area.
Right from the beginning she was very helpful in providing detailed insights of the complete process and was very honest of what we should expect which is a trait I really appreciate.

Very professional and knowledgeable!!! She helped my husband who was undergoing a deportation removal process. She won the case then she helped me to obtain my permanent residence card, immigration did not need to obtain any extra information from us thanks to her. I retained Ms. Nasiri for my citizenship application. She was very knowledgeable, deeply experienced, and professional. Communication with her and her staff were quick and accurate.
Processing of my case took longer than I expected due to the administration changeover and some of the turmoil in immigration policy early on in the Trump administration. Ms. Nasiri was right on top of things and kept me up-to-date on my status.
Awaiting a pending immigration case can be a nerve wrecking experience, especially when it is taking longer than expected. I am a bit of a picky perfectionist, but throughout the entire process, I had a sense of confidence that I had retained the right lawyer to represent me. Thank you, Ms. Nasiri!
